Established on January 7, 2013, Victorious Healthcare Services LLC is a home care agency licensed by the State of Virginia to provide in-home aide and nursing Care. We take pride in serving the elderly, disabled, children, and adults who need nursing or personal care services. People, who need in-home aide, nurse aide or nursing services, handicapped, HIV/AIDS positive, all ages & all health conditions.
You deserve the best care available. Therefore, we ensure the quality of your caregiver by carefully screening and selecting the best applicants before they are hired. All employees are trained to provide capable and compassionate care for seniors and others who may need assistance. Our pre-employment screening process includes criminal background checks, thorough SBI and or FBI, work references check Virginia Health Care Registry Check, Drug Screening, and proper licensure and accreditation. Employee health is assessed.
Staff competence is evaluated and monitored regularly. Victorious Healthcare Services provides client-specific training as needed.
